Manager of Financial Reporting, Budgeting & Forescasting
Description:
Our client is a large and growing privately held company with approximately $1 Billion in annual revenues. They are seeking a CPA with 4+ years of experience for an exciting Manager role which is a mix of financial reporting, budgeting and forecasting.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure timely and accurate reporting of financial information for the consolidated group of companies
- • Consolidation of several companies with various reporting currencies
- Preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements and other required supplemental schedules
- Coordination and administration of the company’s annual budget process, and monitoring budget to actual results throughout the year
- Consolidation and analysis of the company’s forecast on a monthly basis
- Responsible for preparation of several audited financial statements (both US GAAP and IFRS), preparation of audited employee benefit plan financial statements, and coordination with external auditors
- • Supervise, coach and review work products of staff
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field
- Minimum of 4 years of accounting experience, either in public accounting, financial reporting or a combination of both
- CPA required
- Solid knowledge of US GAAP is required, and familiarity with IFRS is a plus
- Must be analytical with financial statement expertise
- Must be detailed, accurate and have excellent organizational skills
- Must have excellent written communication and professional presentation skills
Salary:
$85,000 - $100,000 + Bonus PotentialLocation:
