Manager of Financial Reporting, Budgeting & Forescasting

Description:

Our client is a large and growing privately held company with approximately $1 Billion in annual revenues. They are seeking a CPA with 4+ years of experience for an exciting Manager role which is a mix of financial reporting, budgeting and forecasting.

Responsibilities:

1. Ensure timely and accurate reporting of financial information for the consolidated group of companies
2. • Consolidation of several companies with various reporting currencies
3. Preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements and other required supplemental schedules
4. Coordination and administration of the company’s annual budget process, and monitoring budget to actual results throughout the year
5. Consolidation and analysis of the company’s forecast on a monthly basis
6. Responsible for preparation of several audited financial statements (both US GAAP and IFRS), preparation of audited employee benefit plan financial statements, and coordination with external auditors
7. • Supervise, coach and review work products of staff

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field
2. Minimum of 4 years of accounting experience, either in public accounting, financial reporting or a combination of both
3. CPA required
4. Solid knowledge of US GAAP is required, and familiarity with IFRS is a plus
5. Must be analytical with financial statement expertise
6. Must be detailed, accurate and have excellent organizational skills
7. Must have excellent written communication and professional presentation skills

Salary:

$85,000 - $100,000 + Bonus Potential
