Senior Auditor – Investments

Description:

In this role, the Senior Auditor will have exposure to auditing virtually all aspects of the asset management and security transaction operations of company, including reviews of portfolio management and trading across various asset classes, including capital markets and derivative products. Exposure to Enterprise Risk Management audits is also included in this role. A Senior Auditor position in Internal Audit gives you high visibility with business management in operations and finance and helps you make well-informed career decisions.

Responsibilities:

1. Examines business risks relative to financial processes and examines and evaluates controls in place to mitigate key risks
2. Identifies opportunities for process improvements and delivers value-added recommendations supported by work documented in automated work papers
3. Actively builds knowledge of the asset management business, financial products and risk management, successfully applies knowledge to consecutive projects and effectively shares knowledge with others

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance
2. 3+ years of audit experience, either in public accounting or industry
3. Exposure to auditing various types of investments a plus, but not required. An interest in learning investments is a must

Salary:

$75,000 - $90,000 + Bonuses
