Senior Financial Leadership Program (for CPA’s with 5-8 years of experience)

Description:

The Senior Financial Leadership Program ("SFLP") is a multi-year rotational program designed to broaden each emerging leader’s potential through training and development, challenging learning assignments and mentoring and networking opportunities.

Assignment
The SFLP consists of three (3) 18-24 month rotations in key functional areas of finance and accounting throughout many of the Company's diverse businesses and operations. These rotations will give associates the opportunity to learn and contribute to the various operations across the Company.

The first rotation will be in the Corporate Internal Audit Department. Subsequent assignments will be determined based on career interests, developmental needs, educational and work experiences and other factors.

Coaching, Mentoring and Networking
Associates will be assigned an executive mentor who is dedicated to the development of future financial leaders. The mentor will provide personal, informal support throughout the program. Associates will receive additional support and guidance from rotation managers.

Senior management will monitor the status and progress of the program and its participants on a regular basis. Associates will build a wide-reaching professional network, with exposure to, and visibility among top Company Finance executives. Associates will be able to network with members of the Company's Finance Council through a quarterly lunch with rotating Finance Council attendees.

Training and Development
The SFLP will enable associates to get valuable hands-on experience across several business units, providing them with a unique professional development opportunity. Through accelerated work assignments and training activities, associates will enhance and grow their leadership, project management, problem solving and decision-making skills.

During their time in the program, associates will also be invited to attend a one-week leadership development program designated for high potential managers- the timing for attending the course would vary and would be at some point after the first full year in the program.
