Finance Manager

Description:

This role is a unique opportunity to participate in and drive the Company's $1B company-wide margin resiliency initiative. In this role the candidate will primarily focus on the development and deployment of sustainable cost savings initiatives across the company. The resiliency initiative will provide frequent exposure to corporate and business unit executive leadership and will drive accountability to target achievement. The candidate will have an opportunity to directly impact the Company's future success as well as broaden their skillset through valuable experiences.


Responsibilities:

  1. 1) Develop And Deploy Challenging Value Driven Targets Across The Organization While Owning Three Out Of Nine Resiliency Cost Categories; Partner With Executive Leadership To Drive Overall Category Target Achievement And Accountability; Improve Process Efficiency By Providing Benchmark Analysis For Team, Identify Savings And Ensure Project Plans Are Implement To Drive Efficiencies; Lead Weekly Updates With Indirect Leadership Team
  2. 2) Drive Cross Functional Team Meetings And Elevate Issues As Well As Pushing Them To Closure With Cost Category Owners And GSM Further Develop Relationships Between GSM, Finance And The Business Units In Order To Drive Supply And Demand Alignment; Support Change Management And Communication Cascading Across The Organization
  3. 3) Full Autonomy Around Building Relationships With Executive Cost Category Owners; Provide Enhanced Analysis And Reporting, Support In Target Setting, Governance And Policy Implementation; Manage Monthly Risks And Opportunities Update; Liaise Between Corporate Leader And Business Units And Participate In Executive Steerco Meetings
  4. 4) Responsible For Measuring And Monitoring Savings Performance Through Monthly Reviews, Key Metrics, Action Plans And Reporting; Partners With Internal Stakeholders To Provide Recommendations And Lead Roll-Out Of Re-Aligned Reporting Structure; Liaise With Partners To Design New Budget/Forecasting Tools; Own Calendar And Provide Trainings To Business Units On New Processes, Identify New Toolsets To Drive Sustainable Valuable To The Organization.

Requirements:

  1. 1) Bachelor’s Degree In Finance, Economics, Accounting or MBA
  2. 2) 5 to 7 Years Experience,
  3. 3) Experience In A Dynamic, Large Company Environment
  4. 4) Experience With Financial Analysis, Reporting, And/Or Budgeting
  5. 5) Project Management And Delivery Leadership Experience
  6. 6) Strong Cross-Functional Experience And Relationship Building Is A Plus
  7. 7) Proven Leadership Skills, Solid Oral And Written Communicator, Strong Interpersonal Skills, Generate Solutions/Recommendations To Issues Before Topic is Presented To Management
  8. 8) Strong Presentation And Leadership Capabilities

Salary:

$110,000 - $140,000 + Bonus Potential
