Financial Planning & Analysis Supervisor

Description:

The Financial Planning & Analysis Supervisor will report to the Manager of Financial Planning & Analysis and will be an integral part of the FP&A team; responsible for reviewing numerous internal reports and ad hoc requests and working with the team to ensure deadlines are met. The Financial Planning & Analysis Supervisor will ensure that all reporting is high quality and accordance with company standards.

Responsibilities:

1. • Supervise, coach and review work products of staff to ensure highest quality
2. • Play a role in implementing the company business planning and budgeting process
3. • Monitor budget to actual results throughout the year
4. • Conceptualize, create and maintain dashboards that display relevant business data to leadership that aid in quickly assessing the health of the business
5. • Ad hoc reporting for management

Requirements:

1. • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
2. • 5+ years’ experience in accounting/finance function with focus on budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis and modeling
3. • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple competing priorities while consistently meeting deadlines
4. • Strong verbal and written communication skills and comfortable interacting at all levels of the organization
5. • Analytical, hardworking, driven, opportunity seeking, quick learner

Salary:

$85,000 - $95,000 + 15% Target Bonus
