Manager – Financial Planning & Analysis

Description:

Responsible for the consolidation process and analysis of results for the Company's North America operations. Oversight of staff performing supporting tasks.

Responsibilities:

1. • Assist in analyzing all business and financial results related to the consolidation and financial reporting for the Company's North America operations (financial reporting package and financial systems update)
2. • Work with business unit financial leads to understand drivers of financial performance
3. • Support the budget and forecast processes
4. • Analyze cost center results with comparisons against budget, forecast and prior year
5. • Work with cost center owners to understand drivers of results and assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts
6. • Develop and present financial results to senior and executive management
7. • Ad hoc analysis and projects as required

Requirements:

1. 1) Bachelors degree in Finance or Accounting. MBA preferred
2. 2) Minimum 7-10 years experience in financial or accounting roles, showing progressing advancement
3. 3) Independent judgment is required to plan, prioritize, organize and accomplish a diversified work load. Requires strong organizational and time management skills, close attention to detail and be able to effectively handle multiple priorities
4. 4) Possess strong computer skills with a proficiency in spreadsheets, financial modeling, and presentation software
5. 5) Must possess strong analytical skills and the ability to identify trends and establish proactive corrective actions
6. 6) Must have excellent verbal and written communications skills and be able to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization. Must be an effective listener, able to maintain focus, extract necessary information, and validate understanding of the information
7. 7) Able to effectively present information and respond to questions from all levels of management

Salary:

$110,000 - $130,000 + 15% Target Bonus
