Our client is one of the top companies in the U.S. The Manager - Financial Reporting & Consolidations reports to the Associate Director and is a key role to support the financial reporting and consolidations of the Company. Responsibilities:

  1. 1) Supporting the Balance Sheet and Reserves Analysis processes
  2. 2) Consolidate and analyze quarterly variances analysis from strategic business units
  3. 3) Support the Company President's presentations and deliverables
  4. 4) Manage statutory to US GAAP reporting and reconciliations process
  5. 5) Perform testing of key controls related to financial reporting and consolidations
  6. 6) Develop key policies and procedures as well as ensuring consistency and accuracy with corporate requirements
  7. 7) Support 10Q and 10K related disclosures for corporate filing, including revenue recognition dual reporting requirements
  8. 8) Participate on ongoing transformation projects to enhance department existing processes.

Requirements:

  1. • Minimum 4 to 7 plus years of related accounting experience
  2. • Strong technical knowledge of US GAAP
  3. • Familiarity of balance sheet and P&L analytics
  4. • Excellent communication (written and oral) and analytical skills
  5. • Firm understanding of accounting systems and controls
  6. • Strong process documentation skills
  7. • Bachelor’s degree required, B.S. in Accounting preferred, Master’s degree and/or CPA is a plus, but not required

$80,000 - $100,000
