Senior Accounting Analyst

Description:

This is a great opportunity for a public accounting professional with 2-3 years that is looking to join a growing company, in a role that is a good mix of accounting, financial analysis and financial reporting.

Responsibilities:

1. 1 ) Perform a variety of complex accounting tasks utilizing GAAP and IFRS
2. 2) Analyze expenses for a variety of sites, departments and functions
3. 3) Prepare and distribute sales forecasts weekly
4. 4) Reconcile balance sheet accounts
5. 5) Prepare commission and rebates schedules
6. 6) Assist with special projects as assigned
7. 7) Prepare financial statements and analysis
8. 8) Assist with monthly financial closing process

Requirements:

1. 1) Bachelor's Degree in Accounting
2. 2) 2-4 years of public accounting or private industry accounting experience with exposure to the manufacturing industry
3. 3) CPA or pursuing CPA a plus
4. 4) Team player, detail oriented, motivated to succeed

Salary:

$70,000 - $75,000
