Senior Financial Analyst

Description:

Our client, a growing manufacturing company with international operations, is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join their team at the Company's headquarters.

Responsibilities:

1. • Consolidate bi-monthly site forecast of Sales/Operating Profit/EBITDA
2. • Support month-end closing process
3. • Prepare monthly financial reporting and variance analysis for senior management
4. • Assist in quarterly Board of Directors and various management presentations
5. • Track and analyze site financial and operational performance
6. • Analyze corporate spending against budget
7. • Support annual and long-range planning activities
8. • Participate in continuous process improvement initiatives
9. • Perform ad hoc requests as required

Requirements:

1. • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance
2. • Three or more years of experience in a manufacturing environment with knowledge of cost accounting and financial planning
3. • CPA or CMA a plus but not required
4. • Must be computer proficient with high degree of Excel and PowerPoint skills and ability to efficiently analyze data
5. • Strong Access database skills preferred but not required
6. • Hyperion planning knowledge preferred but not required
7. • Strong analytical skills; attention to details
8. • Ability to work with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives
9. • Strong verbal and written communication skills

Salary:

$100,000 - $115,000
