Senior Financial Analyst

Description:

Our client is a solid and growing company with international operations. The Senior Financial Analyst is a key member of the Finance Department serving on multiple teams to ensure accuracy and consistency of reported financial data. This is a hybrid role in which the individual is responsible for external reporting as well as management reporting, budget and forecast tasks.

Responsibilities:

1. • Prepare monthly reconciliations between external and internal reporting views to ensure accuracy of reported information
2. • Analyze actual data compared to budget and forecast, including both income statement and balance sheet accounts, and work with Finance team members to understand and document variances for management
3. • Prepare supporting financial statement schedules for submission to parent company
4. • Compile various components of the bi-annual budget
5. • Prepare and/or review portions of audited financial statements, under both US GAAP standards and IFRS
6. • Assist with ad-hoc projects and presentations for management and external parties

Requirements:

1. • Bachelor’s degree with emphasis in Accounting or Finance
2. • Minimum of 3 years of accounting or finance experience
3. • Must be detail-oriented and have excellent organizational skills
4. • Must be analytical with financial analysis expertise and experience in financial modeling
5. • Solid understanding of GAAP and financial statements

Salary:

$70,000 - $80,000 + Bonus
