Chief Financial Officer

Description:

Our client is a mid sized company in the healthcare industry seeking a Chief Financial Officer.

Responsibilities:

1. Plan, organize and direct all aspects of the Finance Department
2. Develop/Administer policies on finance, accounting, insurance, internal controls, budgeting and auditing
3. Responsible for accurate and timely preparation of financial statements, metrics measurements, financial analysis and budgeting
4. Provide assistance to management staff relating to financial management matters

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance, MBA preferred
2. 7-10 years of fiscal management experience, including at least 3 years within a health care organization
3. Strong knowledge of accounting, financial reporting and internal controls
4. Knowledge of reimbursement and policies and procedures involved with third-party payors, including Medicare and Medicaid
5. CPA or CMA a plus

Salary:

$130,000 - $145,000
