Performance Analyst

Description:

This is a great opportunity for someone with +/- 2 years of experience to join a fast growing company that offers a lot of career upside potential. The Performance Analyst will ensure the timely and accurate calculation, analysis, and reporting of investment performance data for all portfolios of assigned clients

Responsibilities:

1. Perform daily and monthly calculation, reconciliation, control and outlier reporting of performance for assigned client’s portfolios, and benchmarks
2. Prepare and analyze monthly performance and attribution reporting
3. Create and update composite benchmarks
4. Address ad hoc inquiries from the client for performance analysis such as providing explanations of performance fluctuations and anomalies

Requirements:

1. Minimum of a BS degree in Accounting or Finance, 2+ years of investment accounting or equivalent work experience
2. Strong analytical skills and ability to remain highly organized while maintaining strict attention to detail
3. Strong communication skills including liaising differences in returns with client and asset managers
4. Ability to multi-task effectively

Salary:

$55,000-$65,000
