Financial Accounting Analyst

Description:

Our client is a highly profitable and growing U.S. division of an international company. They are seeking a motivated accounting professional with 2-4 years of experience to join their team.

Responsibilities:

1. • Preparation of business segment financial reporting package, including various analysis
2. • Participate in the budgeting and financial forecasting process
3. • Prepare key metrics and financial summaries for management
4. • Compare actual results to forecast and determine reasons for significant variances
5. • Perform special accounting and finance projects as assigned

Requirements:

1. • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
2. • 2-4 years of accounting experience, either in public accounting or private industry
3. • Strong Microsoft Excel skills
4. • Strong organizational, problem-solving and analytical skills
5. • Team player, self-starter
6. • Ability to work with all levels of management with poise and professionalism

Salary:

$65,000 - $80,000 + Bonus Potential
