Financial Planning & Reporting Lead

This is a great opportunity for an FP&A/Accounting professional with insurance industry experience. It's with an awesome Company that has very low turnover.
Responsibilities:
- 1) Lead the consolidated global annual plan and quarterly forecast reporting process for the Company in compliance with International Accounting Standards (IFRS17).
- 2) Lead all parent company management reporting deliverables.
- 3) Coordinate efforts representing finance to develop consistent financial and non financial KPI reporting for The company as part of consolidated reporting under the parent company.
- 4) Lead efforts to streamline and improve analysis of results leveraging existing reporting tools such as Oracle and digital visualization using tools like Power BI, related to the Company's actual, forecast and plan financial and non-financial information.
- 5) Lead presentations of financial results where requested. Process owner for the Company's global planning and forecasting deliverables.
- 6) Lead efforts to streamline and improve the planning and forecast process using automation tools and lean management process improvement department at the Company.
Requirements:
- • Bachelor's Degree in Finance/Accounting or related field
- • 7+ years’ experience in management reporting and financial analysis; P&C insurance experience is preferred
- • Solid understanding of insurance accounting concepts
- • Strong analytical skills and problem-solving skills; strong communication and presentation skills
- • Strong computer skills including Excel, Oracle EPM Cloud, Oracle Analytics, Power BI, or other digital reporting tools, PeopleSoft G/L and nVision,)
Salary:
$165,000 - $185,000 (depending on experience) + 15% Target BonusLocation:
