Family Office Accountant – Part Time/Flexible Schedule
Our client is seeking an experienced accountant to assist with their Family Office accounting and administration. Weekly hours 20-25 and the company is willing to be very flexible with how those hours are worked during the week.
- 1) Assist with financial administration of life Insurance and Investment Portfolios.
- 2) Assist with timely accounting, administration, filings and analysis.
- 3) Assist with Individual and Gift Tax return preparation
- 4) Assist with deposits, process invoices for payment, reconcile all bank accounts
- 5) Work on special projects as needed
- • BS Accounting, 10+ years of experience
- • Solid MS Excel skills; Quickbooks and Quicken Experience highly preferred
- • Excellent organization and communication skills
