Family Office Accountant – Part Time/Flexible Schedule

Description:

Our client is seeking an experienced accountant to assist with their Family Office accounting and administration. Weekly hours 20-25 and the company is willing to be very flexible with how those hours are worked during the week.


Responsibilities:

  1. 1) Assist with financial administration of life Insurance and Investment Portfolios.
  2. 2) Assist with timely accounting, administration, filings and analysis.
  3. 3) Assist with Individual and Gift Tax return preparation
  4. 4) Assist with deposits, process invoices for payment, reconcile all bank accounts
  5. 5) Work on special projects as needed

Requirements:

  1. • BS Accounting, 10+ years of experience
  2. • Solid MS Excel skills; Quickbooks and Quicken Experience highly preferred
  3. • Excellent organization and communication skills
