Finance Director or Controller

Description:

Our client is searching for an experienced Finance Director or Controller to join their team. As a key member of the Company's management team, the successful candidate will provide financial leadership, management and make hands-on contributions with a primary focus on record keeping controls, accounting, financial analysis, and recommendations on operational efficiencies and enhancements.

Requirements:

1. • 4-year college degree in business, accounting or finance; 5 years’ controller or senior finance experience
2. • Strong interpersonal, oral and written communication skills
3. • Well-developed planning and organizational skills
4. • Ability to see the big picture and work the detail

Salary:

$120,000 - $150,000
