Financial Analyst

Description:

Our manufacturing client is looking for a Financial Analyst to join their growing team! In this role, you will consolidate monthly financial forecasts and reporting, support the annual and long-range planning process, and assist in various management presentation and ad hoc projects.

Responsibilities:

1. 1) Consolidate weekly site forecasts of Sales/Operating Profit/EBITDA
2. 2) Support month-end closing process
3. 3) Prepare monthly financial reporting and variance analysis for senior management
4. 4) Assist in quarterly Board of Directors and various management presentations
5. 5) Track and analyze site financial and operational performance
6. 6) Analyze corporate spending against budget
7. 7) Support annual and long range planning activities
8. 8) Participate in continuous process improvement initiatives
9. 9) Perform ad hoc requests

Requirements:

1. 1) Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance
2. 2) 3+ years of relevant accounting/financial planning & analysis experience
3. 3) Must have manufacturing experience
4. 4) Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
5. 5) Ability to work with cross functional teams
6. 6) Strong verbal and written communication skills

Salary:

$70,000 - $80,000 + Bonus
