Manager – Financial Planning & Analysis

Description:

The Manager of Financial Planning & Analysis reports to the Controller and is responsible for management reporting and the Company's budgeting and forecasting processes.

Responsibilities:

1. •Ensure timely and accurate reporting of financial information for several entities
2. •Prepare and analyze the company’s forecast on a monthly basis
3. •Consolidate several companies within the financial planning system
4. •Oversee the company’s budget process, and monitor budget to actual results throughout the year
5. •Prepare monthly financial reports for executive management
6. •Provide ad-hoc reporting for management
7. •Supervise, coach and review work products of staff

Requirements:

1. •Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
2. •Minimum of 6 years of accounting/finance experience, preferably in financial planning, reporting, budgeting or forecasting
3. •Solid knowledge of US GAAP and financial statements
4. •Exceptional planning, organizational and multi-tasking skills
5. •Analytical thinker with financial statement expertise
6. •Excellent written communication and professional presentation skills
7. •Proficiency in Microsoft Office, expertise in Excel

Salary:

$100,000-$120,000 + 20% Target Bonus
