Senior Finance Manager

Description:

Responsible for analysis, reporting and program management as it relates to the Company's $1 Billion Margin Resiliency Program. This position supports all phases of Margin Resiliency; Program Development through Execution. Position is responsible for supporting all aspects of Strategic Transformation Office (STO) objectives including but not limited to consolidation of project plan data, tracking of status and executive reporting. The individual must be capable of managing and analyzing data, project management fundamentals and creating executive ready presentations and reports. This individual must be comfortable liaising with cross-functional teams in Value Streams and Business Units.


Responsibilities:

  1. 1) Assist with recurring deliverables relating to program management for Margin Resiliency Program
  2. 2) Perform all functions relating to our project management toolset
  3. 3) Assist with the consolidation of project plan data and tracking of status utilizing program management tool software selected by the STO
  4. 4) Work with Value Streams and Business Unit teams to monitor progress; provide standard project management outputs
  5. 5) Develop and manage reporting to Executive Steering Committees
  6. 6) Support all aspects of key Margin Resiliency events such as workshops, summits, and conferences
  7. 7) Provide insight on trends and areas of risk, escalating to Sr. Management as required

Requirements:

  1. 1) Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Accounting or Finance
  2. 2) Minimum of 10 years experience in Finance or Project Management
  3. 3) Systems skills and experience should include; Advanced knowledge of MS Excel and Powerpoint, with ability to construct presentations Knowledge of HFM a plus
  4. 4) Able to build cross-functional relationships and interact with all levels in the organization; Solid project management skills
  5. 5) Experienced in the discipline of setting plans, monitoring execution to achieve specific goals; Strong analytical skills
  6. 6) Results driven with emphasis on analyzing data and spotting trends; Demonstrates problem solving skills
  7. 7) Working knowledge of financial statements

Salary:

$160,000 - $175,000 + Bonus
