Senior Finance Manager

Description:

The Sr. Finance Manager will work closely with the Business GM and cross functional teams to drive growth, improve financial performance, helping to unleash value and optimize investments, drive process improvements. The position reports to the CFO of the Division.

Responsibilities:

1. • Lead the Commercial finance support for the Division, to ensure growth and profitability
2. • Consistently deliver Operating Plan on all key financial metrics
3. • Establish a culture of strong financial discipline, with strong internal controls across the organization ensuring accurate and timely reporting
4. • Standardize, simplify, and automate supporting processes to turn to culture of business partners and value-add vs manual and transactional
5. • Be a strong Business Partner with ability to proactively support cross-functional leadership team
6. • Communicate, evaluate and develop long term solutions for all aspects of the financial performance of the business with key stake holders
7. • Lead the strategic planning, annual budgeting, and quarterly forecasting process for the business
8. • Analyze monthly results and report to senior management; analyze performance trends to help build forecasts, guidance, incentive compensation targets
9. • Work with business teams to drive process improvements and improve financial results and forecast

Requirements:

1. • 8+ years of finance experience in a progressive leadership roles
2. • BS in Accounting or Finance with strong analytical skills (CPA or MBA preferred)
3. • Strong interpersonal skills, acting as a Business Partner across all functions
4. • Strong leader who can delegate, develop, and motivate a high-performing finance team
5. • Effective and clear communicator with direct reports and senior key executives
6. • Able to develop business modeling tools to support decision making

Salary:

$110,000 - $120,000 + Performance Bonus
